How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking the " add to cart'' button. Then click "checkout" to continue the payment process. Enter your personal details and follow the steps. You can create a username and password so that your personal details will be filled in automatically at a next purchase (this is optional). When you click the " confirm order " button your order is final.
Can I deliver my order to another address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process a different delivery address can be filled in. When you have chosen a different delivery address an invoice will be sent to the delivery address. The price is indicated on the invoice. The invoice will also be sent to the specified e-mail address.
Can I pick up my order?
No, it is not possible to pick up your order. We don't have a physical store. Your order can only be shipped to you.
Will I receive an order confirmation when I've placed an order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation. If the order is paid directly you will receive the invoice as well in your email box.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Always double-check your order and personal details before completing the order. Orders that already have been invoiced cannot be changed or cancelled. We recommend contacting our customer service, as soon as possible.

Is the order delivered quickly with every payment option?
Orders paid via iDeal, Paypal (direct transfer, Paypal balance or credit card), Bancontact / Mister Cash, Credit card and Sofort Banking are processed and delivered immediately. Orders ordered before 16:00 will be shipped the same working day. Please note: deferred bank payments made through Paypal are not sent immediately. Deferred bank payments take between 4 and 6 business days before the payment is processed. Payments by bank transfer are only processed once payment has been received by us.

For orders over €60,- euro in The Netherlands, we charge no shipping costs. For orders under € 60,- euro we charge € 4.99 shipping costs (also for mailbox ). For orders over €100,- euro in Belgium we charge no shipping costs. For orders under €100,- euro we charge € 6.99 euro shipping costs . For orders to Germany we charge €8.50 euro shipping costs. For orders to Luxembourg we charge €11,- euro shipping costs. For orders to France, UK, Austria and Denmark we charge €12.50 euro shipping costs. For orders to Spain, Italy, Czech Republic and Slovakia we charge €14.00 euro shipping costs. The delivery time within The Netherlands and Belgium is 1-2 business days. The delivery time to the rest of Europe depends on the destination. Usually this will be between 2 - 5 business days.

Yes, all packages come with a track and trace code.
Who is delivering my order?
PostNL does all deliveries. If you live outside The Netherlands PostNL will pass on your package to your local courier.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. In this period you can return the unused and undamaged products in its original packaging back to us. After acceptance you will get a refund of the purchase price within 14 days. You must send your received invoice back to us. Note: Before returning any items you must contact our customer service first.
